All candidates must hold a Master’s Degree (M.Div/Th.M) from an accredited institution or university. Applicants holding a non-M.Div theological master’s degree must demonstrate graduate level courses and also submit a 2 page of case study paper relating to a hypothetical ministry challenge. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of ministry experience post master’s degree.
